By industry
This collection organises Renvric's delivery examples by industry, so a buyer in retail, healthcare, finance or logistics can look for work with similar rules, users and risks. It explains how examples are selected, what each one will describe, and why some work is shared only through private conversation.

Why industry is a useful way to look
Industry matters in technology work because it brings its own constraints. A healthcare team worries about consent and audit trails, a retailer about peak load and returns, a logistics operator about integrations with carriers and scanners. A delivery example from your own sector shows how a team handled the particular pressures you face.
Consider a hospital group planning a patient scheduling tool. It would care less about how a consumer app handled load and more about how a team dealt with consent, role-based access and audit records. Reading examples from regulated sectors first, then asking about the parts that were not published, is a sound way to judge relevance. Where a sector is new to Renvric, the right question is which skills transfer and which need specialist input.
How examples are organised
Sector grouping
Each example is placed under the industry of the client, with related sectors cross-referenced where the problems overlap.
Problem type
Within a sector, examples are tagged by challenge, such as integration, modernisation, data platform or mobile product.
Service path
Each example links to the Renvric service that did the work, so you can read about the approach.
Region
Where it is relevant, the geography of users and delivery is stated.
What an example will describe
- The business situation and the constraint that made the work difficult.
- The decisions taken, including options that were rejected and why.
- The delivery approach, team shape and any compliance considerations.
- What was delivered, and how the client judged it.
- Measures only where the client has confirmed them and agreed to publication.
- Lessons that apply to similar projects.
Share the outcome you need and Renvric will recommend the smallest useful next step.
Selection and consent
Examples are published only with client agreement, and Renvric does not invent or composite them. Because many clients cannot be named, some examples will be anonymised, and the description will say so. Where no published example matches your sector, that is a limit of what can be shared, not a sign that no experience exists, and Renvric can discuss options privately.
Where an example is anonymised, the description still states the type of organisation, the scale of the problem and the constraint that shaped the work, so that a reader can judge relevance without being told who the client was.
A way to use the collection
Consider a regional lender weighing a modernisation of its loan origination system. Start with finance examples, then look at the modernisation tag to compare approaches to migrating data and running old and new systems side by side. Then request a conversation about the points the written example leaves out.
What to ask for beyond the published material
Related areas to explore: AI Integration Services and Artificial Intelligence Development.
- Examples in an adjacent sector with the same regulatory or technical constraint.
- A walk-through of the delivery approach used, with identifying details removed.
- Sample artefacts such as a discovery summary or a risk register.
- A reference conversation where a client has agreed to one.
Common questions
Who is this collection for?
Buyers and evaluators who want to see how Renvric has approached problems in their own sector, and what that suggests about fit for their project. It is also useful for partners deciding where Renvric's experience is strongest and where it is thinner.
What information do I need to provide to get relevant examples?
Your industry, the type of system involved, any regulatory constraints that shape the work and the stage you have reached. Renvric uses these details to match material that can be shared, and to explain honestly where a published example does not exist and what else can be offered.
Are the measures shown independently verified?
Measures appear only where the client has confirmed them and agreed to publication, and the description states what was measured and over what period. Renvric does not publish figures it cannot support.
What if my sector is not listed?
Not every sector has a published example. Ask for related material from an adjacent industry or a private walk-through of approach. Renvric will say plainly where it has no relevant experience to show.
Where can I send questions?
Write to info@renvric.com and mention the industry you are interested in and the problem you are weighing. The request goes to someone able to talk through what is available, what must stay confidential and whether an adjacent sector offers a closer parallel.
