Videos
Renvric videos explain technology decisions visually: walk-throughs of how a delivery process runs, short talks on architecture choices and demonstrations of working software. They suit stakeholders who learn faster by watching than by reading a document.

When video is the better format
Some subjects lose meaning in text. A diagram of how a request flows through a system, a demonstration of an approval workflow, or a walk-through of a sprint review is clearer when you can see it move. Video also lets a busy sponsor take in the shape of a topic in minutes before deciding whether to read further.
Kinds of video
Process walk-throughs
How discovery, a sprint, a release or a handover works, step by step.
Architecture explainers
Diagrams narrated in plain language, with the trade-offs behind each choice.
Demonstrations
Working software shown as a user would see it, including awkward cases.
Short talks
A single idea, such as how to write an acceptance criterion, in a few minutes.
Event recordings
Presentations and discussions, where recordings are permitted.
What we try to do in each one
- Open with the question the video answers.
- Show real screens or real diagrams, not decorative footage.
- Keep to a single topic and say how long it runs.
- Provide captions and a text summary where possible.
- Avoid unverifiable claims and anything that identifies a client without consent.
Share the outcome you need and Renvric will recommend the smallest useful next step.
Using videos in your organisation
Videos can help to align stakeholders before a kick-off. A sponsor who has watched a walk-through of the delivery cycle will ask better questions about review points and decision rights. An engineering lead can use an architecture explainer to prompt discussion in a design review.
Pause and discuss rather than watching passively; a ten-minute video can seed a useful thirty-minute conversation.
Accessibility and format
- Captions are intended for spoken content so that sound is optional.
- Summaries let you decide whether to watch.
- Diagrams used in videos should be legible at small sizes.
- If you need another format, such as a transcript, ask for it.
A viewer's example
Consider a finance director who is asked to approve a data platform. A short architecture video helps them understand where data comes from, who can see it and what happens when a source changes, without reading a technical specification. They then know which questions to send to the engineering team.
What videos are not
They are not contractual statements or detailed specifications. A demonstration shows how something worked at a point in time and may differ from your configuration. For decisions that depend on detail, ask for documentation or a live session.

Common questions
What will I find in the videos?
Explanations of delivery processes, architecture choices, working demonstrations, short talks on a single idea and recordings of events where permitted. Each aims to answer a specific question and to be watchable in a few minutes, with a text summary for those who prefer to read.
Do the videos show real client work?
Not without the client's explicit agreement. Demonstrations normally use sample or internal applications and make clear when they do. Renvric does not present staged material as client results. If you want to see relevant examples, ask, and we will explain what can be shared under confidentiality.
Can I get a live walk-through instead?
Yes. Email info@renvric.com with the topic and who would attend, and a delivery lead or engineer can run a session tailored to your team. Live sessions allow you to ask questions and to see how the approach would apply to your situation.
Are the videos accessible?
The intention is to provide captions and written summaries so that content is usable without sound and quickly scanned. If you need a transcript or another format, ask at info@renvric.com. Feedback about anything hard to follow or hear is welcome and will be used to improve later videos.
Can we use a video in our internal training?
For internal discussion, generally yes. For republishing or embedding outside your organisation, ask first so that permissions and the current version can be confirmed. Contact info@renvric.com with how you intend to use it and the audience. We will respond with any conditions.
If you would prefer a live walk-through for your team, ask and we will arrange one.
