Testimonials

A testimonial is one person's opinion, selected by the company that publishes it. Renvric does not display invented or unattributed praise here. This explains how client voices are handled, why verified references are more useful than quotes, and how a buyer can speak directly with people who have worked with Renvric.

01

What a quote cannot tell you

Quotes are chosen to flatter. They rarely say what the project was, what went wrong, how it was fixed or whether the person would hire the team again. A buyer deciding on a six-figure engagement needs more than a sentence about a pleasant experience.

For that reason Renvric treats testimonials with caution. It will not publish a quote unless the person has given it, knows where it appears and can be named, and it will not present anonymous praise as proof.

What Renvric offers instead

01

Reference conversations

Where a client agrees, a prospective buyer can speak to them directly, with the choice of questions left to the buyer.

02

Method descriptions

Written accounts of how work is run, so claims can be tested against practice.

03

Sample artefacts

Anonymised status reports, scope documents or handover packs, where confidentiality permits.

04

Delivery examples

Case studies published only with client consent and describing what was actually done.

03

How to run a good reference call

  • Ask what the project was and how the team was involved, so you know whether it resembles yours.
  • Ask what went wrong and how the team responded.
  • Ask whether estimates and dates held, and how changes were handled.
  • Ask about the handover and whether another team could maintain the work.
  • Ask whether they would engage the team again and what they would do differently.
  • Ask a question that the person has to answer with an example, not an opinion.

04

Why some references cannot be shared

Many technology engagements sit under confidentiality terms, particularly in finance, healthcare and public sectors. A provider that publishes every client name may be ignoring those terms. Renvric respects them, which means some work can be discussed only in general terms. Where a reference cannot be offered, it will say so instead of filling the space with generalities.

05

What a buyer can reasonably request

Related areas to explore: Client responsibilities and AI Integration Services.

  • Contact details for a former client in a similar sector or with a similar problem.
  • A description of the scale and nature of past work, within confidentiality limits.
  • Details of how Renvric collects and handles consent for references.
  • Written confirmation of what is and is not covered by any statement.

Common questions

Because unattributed praise is weak evidence, and invented praise is dishonest. Renvric prefers to put buyers in touch with real people who can answer questions, and to publish named material only with consent.

Buyers and evaluators who want to verify a provider's claims, particularly procurement teams and technical leaders who need more than marketing statements before committing, and who would rather hear from a real client than read a selected sentence.

A short description of your project, your sector and what you most want to learn. Renvric uses it to find a reference with relevant experience, and to explain what is possible under confidentiality.

Not necessarily. Clients choose whether to speak, and some engagements are confidential. Renvric will explain what is available and offer alternatives such as sample artefacts or a description of method.

Write to info@renvric.com stating that you want a reference conversation, and describe your sector and project. The request will go to someone who can arrange it, explain what can be shared under confidentiality and suggest alternatives if a call is not possible.

If references matter to your decision, tell Renvric what kind of engagement you are considering and it will say what can be shared and who might be available to talk.
