Microsoft Staffing
Renvric provides Microsoft-skilled people for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint work. They can join as individuals, as a dedicated team or as a project group, assessed against your tenant and scope, working under your priorities and your security controls.

Choosing an engagement form
A project-based group is best when you want an outcome with a defined scope, since Renvric organises the people and answers for the deliverables. A dedicated team suits a long product or support roadmap. Staff augmentation suits a specific gap that your own manager can direct. Time and materials is available where scope cannot yet be fixed. Our dedicated team model is described separately.
How candidates are assessed
- The requirement is clarified first: product, version, language, level and the kind of tenant they will join.
- A technical interview looks at decisions, such as how they would structure Dataverse security or handle a failing flow.
- A practical exercise is chosen to match the role, for example a small solution build or a DAX modelling task.
- Communication is assessed, because many roles deal directly with business users.
- You interview shortlisted candidates and decide who joins.
- Certifications are not assumed; ask for evidence if they matter to you.
Share the outcome you need and Renvric will recommend the smallest useful next step.
Working across time zones
Renvric works from San Diego and Punjab. A consultant in Punjab can advance a build while the US team sleeps, then hand over at the start of the US working day. We agree overlap hours for stand-ups and approvals, and rely on written handovers, a shared backlog and recorded decisions for the rest. If your Dynamics 365 users work in late-night US hours, support rotas can be planned around that.
What you control
- Priorities and the order of work.
- Tenant access, including conditional access, guest accounts and least-privilege roles.
- Where code and solutions are stored, under your source control.
- Acceptance of work and the right to request a replacement.
- Size of the team, which can be adjusted by agreement.
Onboarding and the first weeks
In week one, the person receives access to development environments, the solution structure and a map of stakeholders. Early work is intentionally modest, such as a defect, a report change or a flow refactor, so you can judge quality before bigger tasks. A named Renvric contact stays responsible for the relationship and any concerns.
A scenario: starting with one person
Consider a manufacturer rolling out Business Central to a second plant that lacks extension developers. It might begin with one developer and one functional consultant on a clear backlog, review results after a few weeks, then add a Power BI analyst for reporting. The team grows because the work shows it should, not because capacity was fixed in advance.
Common questions
What Microsoft roles can Renvric provide?
Roles include Dynamics 365 functional consultants, Dynamics 365 and Dataverse developers, Power Platform developers, Power BI analysts, Azure engineers, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 specialists and testers. Availability depends on your requirement, so the first step is a clear description of product, level and duration.
How does Microsoft staffing work?
You describe the role, we propose assessed candidates and you interview them. Once chosen, they join through project-based delivery, a dedicated team or staff augmentation. You set priorities and control access, while Renvric manages the engagement, handles replacement requests and keeps continuity if circumstances change.
How are Microsoft professionals assessed?
We aim to follow a structured process: matching to your requirement, a technical interview on real design and troubleshooting decisions, a practical exercise suited to the role and a check on communication. Credentials are verified on request, not assumed, and you make the final choice after your own interviews.
Can we begin with one person and grow the team?
Yes. Many clients begin with a single developer or consultant on a defined backlog, assess quality and fit, then add roles. Changes in team size are agreed in writing with sensible notice, so capacity follows demonstrated demand rather than a guess made at the start.
How do time zones and communication work?
Teams sit in San Diego and Punjab, so we agree overlap hours for stand-ups and decisions, then work continues asynchronously through shared backlogs, written handovers and recorded decisions. A delivery lead owns escalation, so issues raised at the end of one day are seen at the start of the next.
