Zoho Staffing
Renvric supplies Zoho specialists, from CRM functional consultants and Deluge developers to Creator builders, Books configurators and Analytics developers, to work inside your team or as a managed unit. Candidates are assessed against the role, you interview and decide, and working hours overlap with the US day from our San Diego and Punjab teams.

Engagement forms
- Project-based team: Renvric takes responsibility for an agreed outcome and staffs it, which is often the clearest way to start.
- Dedicated team: a stable group works on your Zoho roadmap with a shared backlog and regular reviews.
- Staff augmentation: individual specialists join your team and take direction from your managers.
- Time and materials: effort is billed as worked, suited to exploratory or changing scope.
Share the outcome you need and Renvric will recommend the smallest useful next step.
How candidates are assessed
- We begin with a written profile of the role, covering the Zoho applications, integrations and soft skills it needs.
- Candidates are screened against that profile by someone who understands Zoho, reviewing practical experience rather than titles.
- A technical conversation explores real situations such as handling duplicate data, structuring permissions or debugging a Deluge function.
- Where relevant, a short practical exercise checks scripting and configuration habits.
- References and work samples are discussed where the candidate is able to share them.
- You interview shortlisted candidates and make the final choice.
Onboarding in the first fortnight
The first days are used for access, context and a first contribution. We aim to agree a small starter task within the first week, such as documenting existing custom functions or fixing a defined report, so that you see working style before larger responsibilities are given. Access to sandboxes, credentials held in your password manager and a short architecture walkthrough from your administrator are the practical prerequisites. A named Renvric contact handles any concerns about fit.
Working across San Diego and Punjab
Renvric has offices in San Diego and Punjab, which allows team members to be placed so that part of their day overlaps with yours. For a US client, we typically agree a fixed overlap window for stand-ups and reviews, with the remaining hours used for focused build work that is handed over in writing. For European clients, the India overlap is often wider. Channels, ticket tools and demo cadences follow whatever your team already uses.
What you control
- Selection: you interview and approve every person before they start.
- Priorities: your backlog and your product owner direct the daily work.
- Access: you grant and revoke system access, and credentials stay with you.
- Standards: your naming conventions, review rules and documentation expectations apply.
- Continuity: you can request a replacement or change team size, within the notice terms agreed in the contract.
A starting scenario
For example, a services firm with a part-time internal Zoho administrator might add one Deluge developer to clear a backlog of workflow requests, then a Books specialist for a financial year-end clean-up. If demand grows, the arrangement can become a small dedicated team with a shared roadmap. If it fades, the commitment ends on the agreed notice.
Common questions
What Zoho roles can Renvric provide?
We can provide CRM functional consultants, Deluge and Creator developers, Books and finance configurators, Desk administrators, Analytics developers and integration engineers. Many engagements combine two or three of these roles. If you need a role not listed, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can staff it.
How does Zoho staffing work?
You describe the role and outcomes, we propose assessed candidates, and you interview and choose. Once started, people work to your priorities within the engagement form agreed: project-based, dedicated team, staff augmentation or time and materials. Reviews happen regularly, and either side can raise concerns early through a named contact.
How are Zoho professionals assessed?
We screen against a written role profile, hold a technical conversation based on realistic Zoho situations, and use a short practical exercise for scripting or configuration roles. We discuss work samples and references where available. We do not claim certifications on anyone's behalf, and you can ask for specifics before an interview.
Can we start with one person and scale?
Yes. Many clients begin with one specialist on a defined backlog, review after a few weeks and then add a second role or convert to a dedicated team. Notice terms for adding or reducing capacity are agreed in the contract so changes remain straightforward.
How do time zones and communication work?
We agree an overlap window between your hours and the team in San Diego or Punjab for stand-ups, reviews and questions. Outside that window, work continues on well-described tasks and is handed over in writing. We use your chat, ticketing and documentation tools so there is no separate reporting layer.
