Information security
How Renvric aims to protect client systems, code and data while work is under way: managing devices and accounts, controlling access, separating environments, monitoring activity and training people. Described as practices and intentions, with detailed documents provided to reviewers on request.

A security posture for project work
Delivery teams hold unusual access: source code, cloud consoles, test data and sometimes production. Information security for a services firm is therefore mostly about disciplined handling of that access, not about guarding a single perimeter.
Renvric's practice rests on three habits: give people the least access that lets them work, make activity visible, and assume any single control can fail.
People and accounts
- Individual accounts only, with multi-factor authentication wherever the system supports it.
- Access requested for a named purpose, approved by the client where it touches their systems, and reviewed during the engagement.
- Prompt removal of access when someone changes role or leaves the project.
- Password managers for shared secrets, never chat messages or documents.
- Awareness training for staff on phishing, data handling and reporting suspicious events.
Devices and networks
Laptops used for client work are expected to have disk encryption, current operating system updates, endpoint protection and screen locking. Where a client requires its own managed devices or a virtual desktop, Renvric works inside that arrangement.
Work across San Diego and Punjab uses secure connections and, where a client specifies, restricted network locations or allow-listed addresses.
Environments and change
Separation
Development, test and production are kept apart with different credentials, so a mistake in one does not reach another.
Infrastructure as code
Cloud configuration is written as code and reviewed, which makes changes traceable and reversible.
Secrets handling
Credentials live in managed secret stores, are rotated on a schedule and are never committed to repositories.
Logging
Authentication, administrative actions and deployments are logged to a location the delivery team cannot quietly alter.
Share the outcome you need and Renvric will recommend the smallest useful next step.
Suppliers and tools
Every external tool added to a project, from project trackers to AI coding assistants, widens where client information can travel. Renvric aims to agree with the client which tools are acceptable, and to avoid placing confidential material in services whose terms of use allow it to be retained or reused for training.
Assurance without badges
Renvric does not state certifications on this site. Reviewers wanting assurance can request a completed security questionnaire, a description of controls, and the opportunity to discuss specifics with an engineer. Where a client mandates an independent audit, it can be scoped into the engagement.

Common questions
Who is it for?
Chief information security officers, vendor risk analysts, auditors and procurement teams assessing a prospective supplier. Engineering leaders also read it to understand which security expectations will apply to the people working in their repositories and cloud accounts.
What information or evidence is required?
Provide your supplier security policy or questionnaire, the sensitivity of systems and data involved and any mandated controls such as managed devices. Renvric responds with completed answers, supporting documents and a note of any requirement that would need adjusting.
What happens next?
Your reviewers assess the responses and may hold a call with an engineer. Agreed controls are written into the engagement plan, and access is only provisioned after that has been settled and named individuals confirmed.
Who can answer a related question?
Email info@renvric.com and mark the subject as information security. The message is directed to someone able to answer technical detail, with commercial and legal questions routed separately so each gets a proper reply.
Does Renvric hold any security certifications?
None are claimed on this site. If certification is a hard requirement in your procurement rules, say so at the outset. We can then explain what controls exist, discuss an independent assessment scoped to the engagement and avoid wasting your review time.
