Vendor information

The practical information a procurement or risk team usually needs when onboarding a technology supplier: who Renvric is, how to contact it, what documents can be provided, and how due diligence typically proceeds. Offices are in San Diego, USA and Punjab, India.

01

Written for the person filling in the form

Supplier onboarding forms ask for a long list of facts, and the work of collecting them often falls to someone who has not met the vendor. This is meant to shorten that task by saying what exists, what is provided on request and who to ask.

Renvric is a technology, product development and engineering partner with offices in San Diego, USA and Punjab, India. The general contact is info@renvric.com.

02

What Renvric can provide on request

  • Company registration and contracting entity details for the relevant engagement.
  • A completed security questionnaire and description of technical controls.
  • A draft data processing agreement and list of sub-processors.
  • Insurance and tax documentation appropriate to the contracting entity.
  • A sample statement of work, change control procedure and acceptance criteria template.
  • Named contacts for delivery, security and commercial questions.
03

What this site does not claim

This site does not state certifications, audit results, partner tiers or financial figures. If your policy requires any of these, ask directly; we will answer precisely and say if something is not held. A supplier who tells you what it lacks is easier to rely on than one who fills the form with vagueness.

Typical onboarding path

01

Introduction

A call to understand the requirement and which approvals your organisation needs.

02

Document exchange

Questionnaires and policies are shared and reviewed, with clarifying calls where needed.

03

Contract

Master agreement and first statement of work are negotiated, including data, security and liability terms.

04

Set-up

Named contacts, access, tooling and reporting rhythm are agreed before work starts.

05

Questions risk teams commonly raise

  • Which entity signs the contract and under which jurisdiction?
  • Where will work be performed and from which locations may data be accessed?
  • Which subcontractors, if any, will be involved and how are they bound?
  • How is intellectual property assigned and protected?
  • What happens if a key person leaves the engagement?
06

Working across two regions

With teams in the United States and India, working hours overlap only partially. Renvric aims to agree an overlap window, a hand-over routine and written status updates, so decisions are not stuck waiting a day. Clients should check that any compliance rules on cross-border access are covered before staffing is confirmed.

07

Financial and commercial terms

Payment terms, currency, invoicing detail and engagement model are set out in the proposal. Project-based engagement is often the clearest starting point for new relationships, because scope and deliverables are fixed in writing. Other models are discussed on their merits.

Common questions

Procurement officers, vendor managers, legal counsel and risk analysts who must complete a supplier assessment. It is equally useful to a project sponsor who needs to anticipate how long onboarding might take inside their own organisation.

Send your onboarding checklist, security and data questionnaires and the contract template you prefer. Renvric will supply the documents it holds and tell you plainly where an item is not available, rather than leaving the field blank.

A named contact coordinates the document exchange, arranges calls with security and delivery staff and tracks open items. Once due diligence is complete, contract terms are finalised, and a kick-off date is proposed with realistic lead times.

Email info@renvric.com with vendor information in the subject line and say which part of your process the question belongs to. It will be routed to commercial, legal or technical staff as appropriate.

Often yes. Many organisations prefer their own master agreement. Renvric will review it and mark where terms such as intellectual property, liability, data protection or acceptance need discussion, so negotiation concentrates on real differences.
